Please allow up to potentially two weeks for products to be completed and shipped out. Because I am a small batch pottery business, I keep a certain number of finished products on the shelf before making more. Each piece is fired twice: a bisque fire (to make the clay hard) and glaze fire (to adhere glaze to clay body.) Due to the time it takes each piece to dry and fire in the kiln, I want to allow up to two weeks for completion of pieces, if needed.ย
If you simply are not happy with your piece of pottery when it arrives, you have 14 days to send back and I will refund the full amount to you.ย
